This ChimegeSub website (https://sub.chimege.com) is operated by 'Chimege Systems' LLC and provides subtitle generation services by converting Mongolian spoken language in videos into Cyrillic script.
We maintain a policy that prioritizes your privacy. This policy explains how we handle user data. By using our website, you agree to the terms outlined here.
Google User Data
This section explains how Chimege Sub accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes Google user data when you use Google Sign-In or connect a YouTube channel for direct publishing. Last updated: June 5, 2026.
Data accessed
- Google Sign-In data: Google account identifier, email address, and email verification status, when you choose to sign in with Google.
- YouTube channel data: channel ID and channel display name, when you choose to connect a YouTube channel.
- OAuth authorization data: access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry time, and granted scopes for the connected Google or YouTube account.
- YouTube OAuth scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload, used to publish the video you select, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly, used only to read the connected channel's id and title.
- YouTube publishing data: the exported video you choose to publish, the title, description or caption, tags, selected visibility setting, upload progress, and the published YouTube video ID or link.
Data usage
- Google Sign-In data is used to authenticate you, create or link your Chimege Sub account, and keep your session secure.
- YouTube channel data is used to show the connected channel in Chimege Sub and confirm which channel will receive a published video.
- OAuth tokens are used only to maintain the connection you authorized, refresh access when needed, and call Google APIs for the YouTube publishing actions you request.
- The YouTube scopes are used only for user-initiated channel connection, channel identification, and video upload or publishing workflows; Chimege Sub does not use them to read or modify unrelated YouTube data.
- YouTube publishing data is used only to upload the user-selected subtitled video to YouTube and apply the title, description, tags, and visibility settings you enter.
Data sharing
- We do not sell Google user data and do not share Google OAuth tokens with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
- When you publish to YouTube, we send the selected video file and publishing metadata to Google/YouTube so YouTube can create the video on your channel.
- Google user data may be processed by our infrastructure service providers, such as hosting, database, storage, monitoring, and support systems, only as needed to operate and secure Chimege Sub.
- We may disclose data when required by law, to prevent abuse, or to protect the security and rights of users, Chimege Sub, or the public.
Data storage and protection
- Google user data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored server-side in access-controlled systems.
- OAuth tokens are not exposed in public API responses or shown in the user interface.
- Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and service processes that need the data to operate the service.
- We use logging and operational controls designed to avoid exposing OAuth tokens or private account data in normal application responses.
Data retention and deletion
- Google Sign-In account identifiers are retained while your Chimege Sub account remains active, so you can continue signing in with Google.
- Connected YouTube channel records and OAuth tokens are retained while the YouTube connection remains active, or until they are no longer needed to provide publishing.
- Uploaded and exported video content is retained only as needed to provide subtitle, export, and publishing services, and is not retained for more than 3 months unless required for account, security, legal, or billing reasons.
- You can disconnect a YouTube account from Chimege Sub settings, delete uploaded videos from your library, delete your Chimege Sub account, or request deletion by contacting info@chimege.com.
- You can also revoke Chimege Sub's Google access from your Google Account permissions page.
Limited Use and AI/ML training
- Chimege Sub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not use Google user data, YouTube OAuth tokens, YouTube channel data, or YouTube publishing data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing Chimege Sub features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, comply with law, and honor your settings and deletion requests.

TikTok User Data
This section explains what Chimege Sub accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes when you connect a TikTok account to publish a video. Last updated: September 3, 2026.
Data accessed
- Account data: your TikTok open ID, display name, creator nickname and profile picture URL, received when you connect the account.
- Posting permissions: the privacy levels your account may use, whether comment, Duet and Stitch are available, and your maximum video length. These are queried from TikTok each time the publish screen is opened.
- Authorization data: the access token, refresh token, expiry time and granted scopes. We request user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish.
- Publishing data: the exported video you choose to publish, its caption, the privacy level and interaction settings you select, the commercial content disclosure you make, upload progress, and the resulting post identifier or link.
Data usage
- Account data is used to show which TikTok account a video will be posted to before you confirm the post.
- Posting permissions are used to offer only the privacy and interaction options your account actually allows; your TikTok settings are never overridden.
- Tokens are used only to maintain the connection you authorized and to call TikTok's Content Posting API for the publish action you started.
- Publishing data is used only to upload the video you selected and to report its status back to you until TikTok reports the post published or failed.
- Nothing is posted to TikTok automatically. Every post is a video you selected and confirmed.

- We do not sell TikTok user data and do not share TikTok tokens with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.
- When you publish, we send the selected video file and its publishing metadata to TikTok so the post can be created on your account.
- TikTok data may be processed by our hosting, database and storage providers only as needed to operate the service.
- We may disclose data where required by law, to prevent abuse, or to protect the security and rights of users, Chimege Sub or the public.

- The connected account record and its tokens are retained while the TikTok connection remains active.
- Disconnecting the account in Chimege Sub settings deletes the stored tokens and the connection record.
- You can also revoke Chimege Sub's access from your TikTok settings, under Security and permissions, Manage app permissions.
- Deleting a video from your Chimege Sub library does not delete a post already published to TikTok; remove that post in the TikTok app.

Content of the System Website
All content on the system website is protected by international intellectual property laws.
Copying or reproducing any part of the website without written permission from 'Chimege Systems' LLC is strictly prohibited.
Scope of Services
Users can upload videos, generate Mongolian subtitles, edit them, and download videos with subtitles or subtitle files.
Subtitles are only provided in Mongolian. This service does not include translation into other languages.
User Responsibilities
Users must ensure uploaded video content complies with copyright, privacy, and other legal regulations.
Users are responsible for reviewing and editing subtitles to ensure accuracy.
Terms of Using the System Website
Users must register a 'Todu Account' to access services. They are responsible for securely managing their login credentials and activities performed through their accounts.
The system aims to operate continuously, 24/7.
Scheduled or emergency downtimes will be announced on the website in advance, if possible.
Subtitle accuracy depends on audio quality. We recommend uploading clear audio with minimal background noise, overlap, or distortion.
'Chimege Systems' is not liable for inaccuracies in subtitles or content mismatches.
Uploading low-quality or corrupted files is prohibited. We may refuse to process such files.
We ensure users can download videos with subtitles in high quality.
System updates will be announced through the website.
Service Limitations
Content that violates laws, promotes violence, hatred, defamation, or is unethical or illegal is strictly prohibited.
Violating the terms may result in access restrictions or account termination.

The service operates on a prepaid model.
Users can choose and purchase plans from the pricing section. All prices include VAT and are final.
When the service period ends, users can renew by making a payment through the website.
